Donna
E. Kepley is the President of Arctic International
LLC, an
international tax consulting firm. Prior to forming Arctic, she was
the Director of the International Tax & Legal Center at KPMG's
International Headquarters in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Before
accepting her international assignment, Ms. Kepley served as KPMG's
National Director for Nonresident Alien Tax Compliance, working primarily
with exempt organizations. She began her professional practice at
Baker & McKenzie, an international law firm, where she
was the Director of Tax Compliance Programs.
Ms. Kepley’s client base includes primarily colleges, universities, hospitals,
foundations, and other not-for-profit and corporate entities. She works with
institutions to develop and maintain tax compliance programs, establish policies
and procedures, review payment software systems, create educational tools and
conduct training programs. She is the author of several books and publications
and regularly conducts training workshops regarding the issues of nonresident
alien tax compliance.

Eleanor
Pelta
Eleanor
Pelta is the Managing Director, Morgan Lewis Resources at Morgan,
Lewis & Bockius, LLP. She advises clients on international transfer
of business and scientific personnel. Ms. Pelta also develops and
performs nationwide Form I-9 compliance training for human resources
personnel, counsels employers on compliance with immigration and
Department of Labor record keeping requirements, and assists employers
with government audits. She is a frequent speaker on a variety of
immigration issues including, "Immigration Basics for Payroll
Managers."
