Year-End Forms Review and Preparation

Arctic will provide year-end assistance and review for the production of Forms 1042 and 1042-S. Prior to printing, we will review the forms' year-end production file to ensure the information included is correctly reported. In addition, should the institution desire, we will print, mail, and electronically file Forms 1042-S.

Application for Certifying Acceptance Agent

Arctic will prepare and submit an application to the IRS on behalf of the institution for purposes of becoming a certifying acceptance agent. Should the IRS have questions regarding the application, we will provide responses to and interact with the IRS to facilitate the application's approval. Ensuring that your institution understands the requirements of the agreement is important. We will (i) conduct a training session for those designated under the agreement as "responsible parties," (ii) provide the institution with written materials about the responsibilities, and (iii) make suggestions for the most efficient manner by which to implement this process.
