Arctic International LLC (“Arctic”) agrees that all data entered, transferred or uploaded into our Client Portal, GLACIER, GLACIER Tax Prep, ICE and stored on our secure servers is for use only in connection with any of our clients, software Licensees and the Related Individuals’ use of our software, website or Client Portal in their tax compliance efforts. Arctic will not use, disclose, sell, distribute, or otherwise make available any data related to or clients, software Licensees, or software Users for any purpose. When contacting Arctic via the Client Portal, GLACIER Support Center, GLACIER Tax Prep Support Center, ICE or in any other manner for assistance with Client Portal, GLACIER, GLACIER Tax Prep, or ICE, you are expressly granting permission for Arctic to access the data in the relevant database for the purpose of such assistance. Arctic will respond to any subpoena and will cooperate with any legal or governmental proceeding. Arctic will use reasonable efforts to notify client or software Licensee of any such subpoena or proceeding.
